First National Real Estate McConnell was originally commenced in 2001 as McConnell Kerwin by two young qualified agents, Brendan McConnell & Stephen Kerwin, who had a friendship formed over many years of parenting, sport and social circles. They started out with nothing but a dream to become the best agency in the area, along the way there have been many changes. Training has always been the hallmark of this progressive firm and each new concept implemented is designed to improve the customer service and result for our clients.

In May 2009 Brendan became the sole Director after Stephen decided to make a change of career. 2011 saw the company re-brand to McConnell First National.
