When experience, efficiency an accuracy matter, there is no more dedicated property management team member than Mikaela.
Entering the industry at a young age, and now with a career spanning 10 years in all aspects of management, Mikaela has taken on a senior role in the company as Head of the Property Management Department. This role incorporates all the skills and experience she has gained along the way managing large portfolios, and ensures our department runs smoothly from top to bottom, with full accountability to not only our owners, but also our tenants.
Still managing a small portfolio, Mikaela splits her four day week across the two roles, thus maintaining the connection with the ever-changing industry and doing what she loves best; interacting with our clients and providing exceptional service.
Working four days per week, Mikaela is a mum of two young girls, an avid cricket and AFL supporter, and a big fan of a weekend away at the family shack.
Mikaela is an integral part of the Harcourts Burnie team and would be happy to chat about any aspect of the property management industry.
