Caitlin Broomhall

Caitlin was raised on the Mornington Peninsula and completed her schooling at Toorak College, Mount Eliza. She and her husband and two children live locally and their everyday lives are heavily invested in the Peninsula.

Caitlin has worked in Real Estate, both in Melbourne [South Yarra/Brighton/Sandringham] and Mornington. Starting her career in 2001 as a Real Estate Receptionist, she then moved her way to Sales Administration, Assistant Property Manager then managed a portfolio of over 200 properties as a Senior Portfolio Manager.

Starting with CARMAN (formerly Eview Group Mornington Peninsula) in 2014 as Director Jarrod Carman’s Executive Assistant, she assisted Jarrod in growing the business from a small team of 3. With her extensive industry knowledge and experience, Caitlin has since gone on to become the General Manager of the business and is also a Licensed Estate Agent. Caitlin’s scrupulous attention to detail, dedicated work ethic and most importantly, her helpful, enthusiastic and personable nature make her perfect for this role.

Caitlin enjoys the challenge of ensuring our staff values integrity and professionalism to facilitate the property dreams of buyers, investors and sellers. As she herself has gone through the Real Estate renting, buying and selling processes, she clearly understands the stresses involved, and so is committed to making sure the journey for CARMAN Real Estate clients is harmonious and ultimately successful.
