Backed by over 15 years of international legal and accounting experience, Michael guides his clients in every step of the property investment process. Michael assists his clients to develop a plan for success in their investing, acquire investment grade properties and manage their properties over time.
In managing his client's investments, Michael goes to great lengths to ensure that their properties are marketed to maximise investment returns and with a level of professionalism and attention to detail honed during his legal and accounting career. Michael is able to draw on a deep knowledge of the local property markets gained whilst undertaking a Masters in Property Studies at the University of Queensland and from having invested in the area himself over the last decade.
Living locally in inner Brisbane Michael shares the same enthusiasm for this part of Brisbane as his clients. Michael believes that successful property investment requires a deep understanding of people, property and the emotional drivers that cause people to live and invest in an area. As a passionate member of the local community Michael has gained that knowledge.
