Greg Cook

Born on the Gold Coast, Greg has watched the city grow and change.

First licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in 1979, Greg has been involved with many aspects of the industry including owning his own Real Estate Agency with his own Property Management team, being a Licensed Finance Broker and most recently a Licensed Property Developer.Greg moved into the role of a full time Property Manager in 2011. He obtains satisfaction in managing each property with diligence and excellence, and investing his time and expertise to see a challenging investment move to a state of harmony. As a landlord

himself he is able to identify the needs of both the owners and the tenants alike, and his property development experience enables him to demonstrate a common sense approach to any maintenance issues.
