I am the Asset Manager for Thomson property group and am well versed with establishing rental rates by surveying local rental markets, calculating overhead costs and profit goals for our clients, he attracts tenants by advertising vacancies, even obtaining referrals from current tenants. My ability to explain advantages of location and services as well as showing tenants through the properties available is second to none.
I deal directly with prospects and tenants, collecting rent, handling maintenance and repair issues, responding to tenant requests in a timely manner.
