Kirby oversees The Rental Department as well as office operations, compliance, systems development, HR, payroll, and accounts. Holding her Estate Agent’s License, Kirby is the OIEC of the C+M Residential office, her experience, on-the-ball approach and keep-on-top-of-it attitude are the magic elixir that brings this team together.
