Having qualifications as a Registered Property Valuer, a Degree in Business Management (Majoring in Real Estate & Development) and extensive experience in Property Development and Valuation, Joshua has a unique ability to understand the property market and has learnt the value of good communication, acute attention to detail and exceptional negotiation skills, all whilst ensuring a strong client focus.
