Carl Molony

Carl has 14 years' property experience within the Australian commercial property sector, with a particular focus on retail property. His extensive experience includes asset investment and development management of retail property including shopping centres and bulky goods developments.

Before joining the founding team at Stonebridge, Carl was the Senior Asset Manager for ING Retail Property Fund Australia, responsible for a variety of retail asset classes within NSW, VIC and SA.

Carl has also held the position of Associate Director at CB Richard Ellis within the retail valuation and consultancy team and brings these broad skills to Stonebridge within all national, retail sub-sectors.

With a Bachelor of Land Economics degree from the University of Technology, Sydney Carl is also a licensed real estate agent, a registered valuer and an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute.
