About Jay Moxon

17 years experience

Jay Moxon believes the greatest asset in business is to stand out from your competitors.

Commencing his real estate career back in 2007 as a personal assistant, Jay was promoted to Sales Executive within just 4 months, and from there he started his journey to being a very well-known and respected agent within the industry. Becoming an accredited auctioneer back in 2009 and obtaining his Certificate IV in Property Services in 2010, Jay is also a Licensed Estate Agent. Working vigorously with the notion that you only get out what you put in, Jay was recently rewarded for his efforts and offered to be a partner in the Barry Plant team.

Born and bred within the area, Jay attended local schools such as Mill Park Primary and Parade College, and is a member of several sporting clubs and communities. Jay and his family are Bundoora residents and have recently purchased their dream home. This connection to the neighbourhood means Jay is able to promote its many lifestyle benefits to prospective buyers wanting to invest or relocate.

“Real estate has more to do with people rather than property. It has more to do with service and integrity rather than results. But most importantly, real estate is about differentiating yourself from your fellow competitors, and I take pride in providing several points of difference.”

Working alongside his wife Lisa, and with a total of 18 years combined experience, they are recognised as the area’s dynamic duo when it comes to buying and selling.

When Jay is not working he loves to spend time with Lisa and their two beautiful children Levi and Skyla. He also enjoys going to the gym, a round of golf, travelling, and as a mighty Magpies supporter, Jay follows the footy season with great endeavour.
