Meet Jake Loiero, an energetic young leader who has worked his way through the business from the age of 18. Almost 10 years later Jake is now proud to step in as Director of Ray White Buderim, whilst simultaneously serving as Chief Auctioneer and one of the 4556's most trusted agents.

Local from the start being born and bred in Buderim, Jake is renowned for his extensive knowledge and high end marketing expertise. Known for his high level of enthusiasm, drive, and unwavering honesty. He demonstrates remarkable tenacity when communicating with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Actively engaged in local charities, Jake lends his support through charity auctions for organisations such as BlazeAid, Give Me 5 For Kids, Bloomhill, Vinnies, and Lifeflight. Furthermore, his involvement in rugby league, both as a player, coach, and official, has enabled him to cultivate a vast network of connections across the community, nurturing relationships with buyers, sellers, and locals alike.
