Scott has been at the helm of Nolan Partners, with his partner Melissa, since they formed the agency in late 2004. Away from the office, Scott has always been a keen sportsman having tried his hand at about every sport you can imagine. His current passions are triathlons, golf, and surfing which help him maintain the balance with his role at Nolan Partners. Scott and Melissa have raised four children in Coffs Harbour and being born and bred here, he has a large connection of family and friends throughout the area.
