Kristina’s Role
Commencing her real estate career in 2003, Kristina Vassallo, in her role as Assistant Property Manager, is a key member of the Property Management team, responsible for important tasks such as completing tenancy renewals, creditor updates, ensuring properties are OHS compliant and any other ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required. Kristina loves her role where she is given the opportunity to meet new people daily and work with the wonderful Caloundra team, whom she describes as fun loving and supportive.
What She Brings
While Kristina is organised, adept at working under pressure, maintaining important office routines, communicating with people and has an eye for detail, it is her genius in making a ‘mean cuppa’ which sets her apart. Kristina is a patient person, a virtue she calls on daily when faced with raising 6 boys and managing a busy real estate career; a strength to which she attributes her outstanding success and longevity in her role.
In her spare time, Kristina enjoys spending time with her 6 boys, aged 20, 18, 15, 13, 11 and 9 who keep her very busy with their school activities and sports. She also loves shopping, with a particular penchant for homewares and clothes.
