Like many young people from the area, Gaven left after completing year 12 at Kendall Central School, for a short time to fulfil a term in the Royal Australian Navy as an aviator, before starting a successful Real Estate career in Mosman, Sydney, giving him the skills needed to settle back home and open three successful real estate offices over the past 15 years.

Gaven’s intimate local insight enables him to provide his clients with astute market advice, giving them a distinct competitive advantage.
