Helen Southwood has been in the industry since 2002 and has been involved in Property Management for over 17 years specializing in the City and Cairns Northern Beaches.

She brings a wealth of knowledge to the business.

Helen will greet you with a smile, and is always available to chat about your investment properties or if planning to add to your portfolio.

Helen has performed all the different duties associated with property management from scrutinizing tenancy applications, placing the right tenants in properties, property maintenance and inspections, dispute management and more importantly liaising with landlords.

Helen lives in the Northern Beaches of Cairns with her family and is heavily involved in the local community though Surf Lifesaving and Swimming.
