Suzanne King

Prior to working in real estate, Suzanne has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and banking industry. As a qualified mortgage broker, Suzanne operated and managed her own successful mortgage broking business for 10 years. Through this, she developed a diverse skillset that helped her business grow. Maintaining close relationships with her client base, she was recognised for her dedication and won many sales and customer service awards.

These personal experiences combined with her ‘can do’ approach, helped Suzanne assist her clients through the myriad of finance application queries and property settlement issues. These skills hold Suzanne in good standing in her role at Abel Property.

Starting off in the Cottesloe office, Suzanne seamlessly transitioned to the team at the Leederville office as a property manager. Her extensive knowledge in property management and ability to communicate clearly with her co-workers and clients made her an invaluable member of the team.

When Suzanne is not working, she focuses all her energy on her family as family time is important to her. She adores spending time with her daughter, supporting her love for dance and also socialising with her friends.
