Mel Jones

Mel Jones is cheery personality & oozes enthusiasm which is a delight for liaising with our valuable customers. Her dedication & professionalism has seen her mature into a valuable staff member whose dedication to delivering superior customer service makes us very proud. She has a great sense of humour ensures, is fun to be around and equally knows how to have a good time at our social functions. Mel commenced in November 2016 as a Part Time Receptionist in a job share role. Not long after she completed her Agents Representative Course whilst raising a young family and thereafter was promoted after gaining valuable experience assisting with all Real Estate administration across all departments within the business. She is currently employed full time as the Rental Department’s Admin Assistant where she is relied upon to support the Property Portfolio Managers. This is an important role for the team and involves liaising with all Landlords, Tenants, Tradesmen, Contractors, Alliance Partners and others. Having spent over 12 years working in the hospitality industry Mel understands customer service and is always attending to their every need. Mel is a lifelong resident of Ararat and is well known within the Ararat community for her very approachable, fun personality. In her spare time she enjoys dancing, travelling and spending time with her family.
