Maddison's journey with Doyle Spillane began in 2013. She initially joined as a receptionist, working on Saturdays while completing her HSC. In 2016, after graduating, Maddison secured a full-time role that encompassed reception and administrative duties. Demonstrating her dedication and passion for the industry, she transitioned into a leasing role within a year, and now proudly serves as a proficient Property Manager.

One of Maddison's notable career highlights has been the realization of her aspiration to work in leasing. She had always harbored this ambition, and she is grateful that the opportunity presented itself sooner than expected, allowing her to thrive in her desired role.

When it comes to the Northern Beaches, Maddison holds a special affinity for West Head. She appreciates the diverse range of bushwalking tracks that lead to stunning views of the surrounding bays and hidden swimming spots within the bush.

Maddison has acquired several qualifications to further enhance her professional standing. She holds a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Additionally, she has a Certificate III in Tourism & Events, showcasing her well-rounded skill set and versatility.
