Geoff Holdsworth

Geoff is a Licensed Real Estate, Business & Stock and Station Agent with 41 wonderful years of experience to his name. Thirty seven of those years spent servicing clients , friends and their families who have chosen to live, work and retire in our beautiful Manning & Great Lakes area. Prior to 1999, Geoff was a Principal owner and partner with a real estate agency in Tuncurry, NSW for seven great years where he established himself as a dynamic and successful real estate agent building strong client relationships.

In 1999 after selling his share in that agency, Geoff was appointed on- site sales manager for the ‘Harrington Waters’ Estate where he sold nearly 800 properties in Harrington, Crowdy Head, and surrounding areas.

In early 2020, Geoff contemplated retirement but decided that his passion and energy helping people realise their dream of home ownership was too strong to leave the industry. In August 2020, Geoff was extremely excited when he was asked to join the young vibrant team members at Laing+Simmons Manning Valley office in Taree.
