Ashleigh Marx

Ash Marx is employed in the important role of Office Manager, overseeing our Business, Finance, HR and Regulatory Compliance. This involves our accounts, payroll payments, trust and other accounting as well as dealing with many of our external & internal customers. Having previously working in a local business as a Practice Manager, she brings a wealth of experience in Finance, HR and Customer Relations. This, together with her maturity, excellent communication skills and happy personality will ensure she will fit in well with our Team and develop great relationships with our customers. Ash is the third generation of her family to have worked in our business as her grandfather Kingsley Spalding was a previous owner working in the business from 1953 to 1991 and his father Eric was a founding Director Owner of the business from 1922. It is fantastic that she is continuing a family tradition. Having been born in Ararat and grown up here, Ash has strong community and sporting links and is involved in the Ararat Netball Club. She is married to Andrew and they have two daughters involved in local dance and gymnastics which keeps her busy in her spare time. We are proud to have her as part of our team particularly with her family history link dating back to 1922.
