Cassie Kennedy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the McGrath team. A true Sunshine Coast local, she understands the marketplace and everything there is to love about our beautiful region. Her number one passion has always been in connecting the right home to the right person. Real estate was a natural progression for her, beginning her journey almost a decade ago with the completion of her marketing degree with honour letters for her extensive knowledge base and creativity throughout her study. Cassie then spent many years in a management role for a leading building brand, looking after communications and clients nationally, and creating complex marketing campaigns to attract buyers to display homes and charity auctions. Her campaigns attracted hundreds of prospective buyers onsite, giving her a deep understanding of successful property marketing (particularly digital), as well as buyer psychology and high standard customer service. She understands the importance of representing homes as more than four walls and instead concentrates on showcasing the ideal lifestyle a home can support. She’s a market leader and multi-award winner in the marketing field and shares the same strong ethics as McGrath in supporting the community and giving back.
