Julie Marchesan

Julie was thrown an opportunity to begin her real estate career with a small real estate firm in Northcote shortly after completing a designer dressmaking course in 1996. Moving through the ranks, Julie has covered most facets within the real estate business, from reception to property management and through to trust accounting. Julie doesn’t believe her role is just a job but rather a passion.

With a bubbly yet honest and professional demeanour Julie is an approachable member of the Woodards team. Julie believes it’s vital to listen to both tenants & landlords to ensure a happy & fair outcome in all situations. Julie enjoys working within a team and loves speaking with different people.

Outside of work Julie devotes a lot of her time to her young family and loves gardening, bike riding, going on nature walks and sight-seeing.
