Sam Leys was born and bred within the Gunnedah district. After completing a bachelor in Agricultural Science, Sam returned to the family farm located in Gunnedah in 1980, remaining on the family farm for 15 years. Sam then entered the agribusiness world in 1995 as an agronomist; from there he progressed into branch management before further developing to agency management for Landmark. From there Sam was given the opportunity to continue his agency management role within DCCO. Sam has been a fully licenced agent since 2004.
