Denis Grant

Denis Grant has brought with him a wealth of experience and local knowledge to our Blue Moon North Lakes team. With specialties in property development, sales of sub-divisions and development sites, project administration and land estate sales.

Denis and his Father Jim Grant have built many of the suburbs in the area as well as schools. This experience has meant that Denis has an incredible amount of knowledge which has made him an expert in the area. His knowledge and experience is sought by many developers who keep in contact with him.

Denis is also largely involved in local community issues and helping small businesses. He is also the president of the Kallangur Business Association.
