With more than 15 years experience in marketing real estate, Chee Yap has built up a reputation of being a trustworthy and reliable marketing agent who exceeds his clients expectations. Each sale is treated as if it is his own property, ensuring the best outcome is achieved for his clients. His sales portfolio ranges from the humble cottages (including “run down” properties) to the opulent mansions as none is too difficult to sell with the right perspective and strategy. Chee is multi-lingual, fluent in English, Malay, Mandarin and a few other Chinese dialects. With a business degree in accounting and prior experience in mortgage broking, Chee has the added advantage over the average salesperson as he pretty much knows if the buyers are financially qualified to buy your property. He believes in building relationships, some of his clients have become close acquaintances while most have remained friends. Chee is married with two grown up children, loves sports and actively plays badminton and golf each week to help him keep fit.
