Colleen Ovens

Colleen has been in the real estate industry for 12 years and brings with her a specific expertise around property management in WA and Queensland. As Business Development Manager for Abel Property, Colleen is known for her “hard work” ethic and her promise to complete jobs on time and to spec, making her a reliable resource for the team and our clients.

Having joined the team in 2023, she reflects the high energy and welcoming nature of the Abel team. She can often be heard saying to clients and colleagues alike, “Honestly… you cannot live without it”.

While Colleen has lived in Perth most of her life, her passion for life in the country has seen her gain experience in rural Kalgoorlie, coastal Esperance and sunny Queensland. Off the clock, she loves being out in the great outdoors, 4x4 driving, and camping with her family.
