Prior to starting in real estate, Joel built a considerable career in retail, a customer focussed industry. This previous experience provided Joel a deep understanding of the negatives and positives required to fulfil customer’s shifting expectations and requirements. Joel places an emphasis on providing a personalised, considerate and thoughtful approach and takes great satisfaction in developing and maintaining professional relationships. Joel is extremely dedicated to his clients and can ensure that they have minimal amounts of stress during the buying or selling process.

Joel is a coast boy at heart but always wanted to live the city life. Originally from Jervis Bay on the New South Wales South Coast, Joel moved to Canberra to attend boarding school when he was 15. He loved the culture and people so much that he stayed. He has lived both north and south of the lake and is very versed in both markets.
