An incredibly passionate and dedicated brand advocate, Ann-Maree brings over twenty years’ experience as a marketing professional. She constantly dedicates time to scope out new strategic initiatives, pioneering marketing trends and identifying solutions to ensure Elever maintains a cutting-edge advantage in the industry.

As a Marketing & Marketing Communications graduate from QUT, Ann-Maree cut her teeth in the property industry as a Trainee Marketing Assistant and excelled her way through to the role of Senior Project Manager for Colliers International.

Responsible for co-ordinating and collaborating with Developers, Sales & Creative Teams to execute the marketing strategies of medium to large scale master planned land developments across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and North Queensland, Ann-Maree played an integral part in creating and executing marketing strategies and upholding an exceptionally high benchmark of critical brand execution and integrity.

Drawing on her wealth of experience, Ann-Maree continued her marketing career as a Co-Owner and Director of a Boutique Inner City residential real estate office where she was responsible for designing and developing the initial brand identity and overseeing all administration and marketing. After over 3 years of successful business, Ann-Maree explored other opportunities and went on to freelance in a marketing consultancy capacity. Offering a full suite of marketing services, the role provided much scope for an all-inclusive marketing solution including: development of strategic marketing plans, graphic design, copywriting and website and social media content creation.
