Caitlyn Vinton

Caitlyn began her career with Dowling Raymond Terrace in 2013, following a role in customer service and sales with one of Australia's biggest Heavy Equipment Dealers. After working closely with the Sales and Property Management teams whilst on front Reception for 4 years, Caitlyn has now moved to a Property Manager position and is responsible for her own portfolio of properties.

Over the years, she has mastered her time management and organisational skills, both of these being her best attributes. Caitlyn has a great 'can do' attitude and has the ability to build great relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Caitlyn knows how important client satisfaction is; she is extremely dedicated to always improving her skills and knowledge of the industry as a whole. Focusing on an approach of 'You never get a second chance to make a first impression', Caitlyn completes weekly training webinars to better her current attributes.
