About Daniel Bradd

26 years experience

Determined, diligent and with a proven track record, Daniel is highly regarded for his approachable manner and ability to develop a genuine connection with his clients.

Over more than two decades, Daniel has been at the forefront of the property industry working in senior roles for some of Melbourne’s leading agents. Real Estate provides Daniel with the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and the joy of exceeding a client’s expectations is what drives him to always go the extra mile.

His passion for the industry began at a young age, working alongside his uncle, a property developer, assisting him with renovating, extending and building new homes. His strong work ethic was also sparked while young, helping in the family’s numerous cafes and restaurants, where his service and customer relation skills were honed. Being team-oriented, process-driven and with a client-first mentality, Daniel is thrilled to be working at Marshall White as a member Boroondara’s Team James Tostevin.

Over the decades, Daniel has seen significant change in the area, however he believes the underlying principles of Boroondara remain the same - excellent schooling, great access to transport options, an abundance of parkland/greenery and a wide and varied mix of people and property.

Outside of the office, Daniel, who is married to Melissa and dad to Oliver, Isabella and Charlotte, can be found in the great outdoors. He is President of the Victorian Pajero 4WD Club, enjoys dirt and mountain bike riding, loves fishing (especially fly-fishing which he’s just taken up), camping and spending time with his family at Lake Eildon. He also enjoys a hit of golf, wakeboarding and cricket, and follows the Western Bulldogs and Melbourne Victory.
