A local to his very core, Jim has lived in the Latrobe Valley for more than 50 years, having worked in numerous family businesses and started his illustrious real estate career in the region in 1983.

A fully licensed agent and qualified auctioneer, Jim started in sales, was a natural in what is a people-based industry, and very quickly rose up the ranks. Jim’s greatest career moments were opening the Stockdale & Leggo office in Morwell in 1999 and the Traralgon office in 2004.

A success from the start and now with two highly reputable agencies, Jim is very well-regarded by his loyal staff, local community, and industry peers. His extensive experience and firm commitment to his clients’ success have seen him receive numerous prestigious industry awards for both customer care and sales success.

Jim is a family man and, the eldest of seven boys, came from a large family. He enjoys his spare time with his wife Anna, two adult children, who work in the real estate business, and two grandchildren. Jim often refers to his father’s saying, “Family is everything, and with a great family foundation, anything and everything is possible.”

An ex Apexian and board member of local and world charities, Jim is a solid member of the community – and is always there to lend a hand.
