A beautiful soul with an education background, Melissa really takes her role as ‘The Director of First Impressions’ to heart. She is here to help you, guide you, put a smile on your face and give you a new energy that’s both motivating and kind. Her vibrancy is creative, caring and super relaxed, making communicating easy. She really will make you feel at home.

Melissa works closely with the Property Management Department helping tenants with their leasing, vacates and key collection. She likes to make people feel safe and be heard, reassuring her clients, both tenants and landlords, that their needs will be met. She brings warmth to the normally sterile environment of real estate, nurturing relationships where she sees fit. She lends a helping hand for everyone in the office, supporting the staff with everything they need.

Melissa initiated ‘The Uncultured Club’ at Besser and Co to bring fun, in the form of challenges/games and social outings to the company. She believes building a great rapport and trust with your work colleagues brings out the best in their work and customer service.

With a Masters of Education, teaching English as a Second Language in Israel for the past 15 years, Melissa is happily married to her beautiful husband Ron, has two daughters and an Australian Shepard ‘Luna.’ She loves to be creative, travel and spend time outdoors.
