Having spent most of his working life on the tools as a fitter and turner, Grant turned his focus to management in the manufacturing industry for many years before beginning a new career in property management in 2017.
Grant is Gympie’s only male property manager with a wealth of knowledge on maintenance in rental properties and a passion for ensuring repairs are carried out as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
Grant’s role is solely focused on conducting thorough routine inspections, documenting maintenance requests, liaising with tradespeople, investigating solutions to problems and closely communicating with clients and tenants to achieve the best outcome quickly.
