With a background in customer service, Kaylah was keen to find a new challenge and began her career in property management in October of 2018.
Taking on the role of receptionist, clients and tenants were always welcomed with a smile and nothing was ever too much trouble. Her hard work ethic and desire to learn saw her move into a property management assistant role shortly after obtaining her real estate licence.
At the beginning of 2022, Kaylah was promoted to Property Manager and now services her own portfolio of property investors. Kaylah’s warmth and empathy combined with a strong understanding of legislation and the importance of systems and follow ups has been well received and admired by her clients.
