My responsibilities include creating marketing campaigns for rental properties, showing them privately or at open homes and highlighting their best features. Managing tenant applications is central to my role, and involves thoroughly checking reports from employers, past property managers, personal references and tenancy databases.
Looking after tenants is central to my role: I support tenants with moving into their homes, undertake in-going inspections arrange contracts and key handovers, followed by ongoing annual inspections and repairs and maintenance when required. We have a trusted pool of tradespeople at Home Property Agents and liaising with them is part of my job, as is getting repairs completed in a timely, cost-efficient manner. My work at Home Property Agent draws on my strengths – I am diligent, detail-oriented and focused, and can communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
