Before commencing her real estate career, Ginta led a team of account managers, focusing on sales across multiple trades including interior finishing, plumbing & electrical, and general building construction. Her in-depth understanding of these processes along with her market research, business intelligence, and analytic skills are beneficial when navigating an industry of changing markets and trends.

After living in numerous places in Europe, The States and Australia, Ginta and her family settled in Toowoomba, calling it home.
