Carl Cheleski

Carl is a passionate real estate professional and enthusiast. He started his career ten years ago initially as a high school teacher, before moving into the real estate industry. Carl sought to train and work under the mentorship of the award-winning number one agent on the North Shore, Peter Chauncy, where he learnt the importance of having a fine attention to detail and the craft of selling property above market value.

After learning best practice with Peter, Carl decided to apply the knowledge and skills he learnt on the Upper North Shore, an area that he has a passion for, having grown up nearby. Soames is a strongly independent, family owned, and technology focused firm that offers a nimble and adaptable approach to selling homes for a premium and was a natural choice for Carl after reviewing every agency in the area.

He is known for his tenacity, negotiating power, and service mindset when working for his clients. A natural problem solver and strategist, Carl works tirelessly until his clients’ best interests have been served.
