Nicola Schmidt, assists the Property

Management Department in providing

outstanding service to our clients.

Nicola’s role includes staff co-ordination,

handling incoming calls and inquiries

and liaising with property owners and

tenants. You may hear her friendly voice

on the other end of the line when you

call the office. Nicola also processes tenancy applications and

attends routine inspections with the property managers. With 12

years of experience as both an assistant property manager and

property manager, Nicola brings strong organisation, negotiation,

communication, and time management skills to the team.
