Dr Elena Limnios

Elena is an industry expert with a toolkit that encompasses engineering, surveying, town and city planning, project management, contract negotiations, marketing, and organisational governance and strategy. She holds a Master's in Engineering, an MBA and a Ph.D. in organisational Resilience from UWA. She is an experienced executive, consultant, and board director in diverse industries.

Elena has commercial experience in the construction and engineering sectors from both Australia and overseas. Within LPG Elena leads the property management department, process and systems reviews, quality management, and efficiency.

Her passion is the project management and delivery of multidisciplinary and technically challenging projects. She combines this expertise with extensive research and consulting experience in organisational governance, strategy, and process efficiency.

Elena displays strong leadership skills, with the ability to bring out the best of a team to reach its full potential. She is proficient in relationship management at a government policy and planning level, experienced in stakeholder engagement, and in managing relationships with contractors, builders, and clients at a senior executive and board levels. Elena prides herself on maintaining a strong set of principles, including and not limited to authentic leadership, honesty, and integrity.

As an Assistant Professor in the UWA Business School, Elena has published works in Marketing, Small Business, Entrepreneurship, Co-operative Strategy, Governance, and Equity Finance in journals and books.
