Sophi is taking on the critical position of being our Operations Manager, a role that requires expert experience, diligence, and attention to fine detail, qualities that Sophi carries superbly.

Sophi is a peoples person, she is easily approachable, always has a glowing smile on her face, and is able to handle any situation thrown at her in a professional and positive manner.

In order for our clients to be confident in us, we need to be confident in ourselves and Sophi demonstrates this confidence sublimely, when asked what her strengths are she answered without pause “I never give up, I fight for what I believe in and I don’t take no for answer” - as a client, you can be assured that Sophi will strive for the best outcome and always work in your favour.

Sophi was born and raised in the centric suburb of Fitzroy North, she attended Fitzroy High and grew up with a large network of people who she is still lucky enough to be friends with today.

From just 14 years old, Sophi took on her first part time job at Piedimonte’s Supermarket where she was able to apply her bubbly personality skills which followed through her entire working career. Fast forward 30 years and Sophi is now a mother of three daughters which she says are her biggest life achievements, has an adoring husband, and lives in one of the North’s most desired suburbs.

Sophi’s humble heart allows her to enjoy the little things in life, she is easy to please, and she can appreciate quality over quantity, but when time allows she is spoilt with trips to the beach, a night out dancing, and a holiday to tropical locations never goes astray.

Sophi’s future goals are to see her three children become compassionate, and kind, be the best version of themselves, and live a happy and healthy life.

Sophi will bring something unique and sought after to the team, and that is experience. With many years of customer service under her belt, in all aspects of the professional world, she has managed to collect every ingredient to master the role of an operations manager.
