Growing up with Real Estate as the family business, it was a natural progression for Richard Tegart to choose this career path in the town where he was born and bred of Dubbo.

Richard’s career in Real Estate began in 1995, learning the ropes in the property management department before moving through to sales and auctioneering. After 10 years in the industry Richard became a Director of Ray White Dubbo in 2005.

Richard’s highly successful career in Real Estate is based on honesty, keeping communication channels open and always building on his industry-based knowledge.

Even though Richard has decades of experience, he treats each enquiry and interaction with a unique perspective and a high level professionalism.

Polished organisational skills, proven results and a depth of local knowledge that is hard to match are some of the key skills that Richard offers to all of his clients.

Entrenched in his local community, Richard freely volunteers his time as an auctioneer for many local fundraisers and is actively involved in both touch football and Rugby Union.

A lover of the outdoors, Richard’s perfect weekend involves family and close friends on a river with a boat, a fishing line, a motorbike and a swag.
