About Roy Marando

My passion for real estate started from a very early age following in the footsteps of my father who began his career over 50 years ago.
As a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer my selling experience dates back to my early school years. Whilst working weekends and after school I developed a strong desire to be in this exciting and challenging career forever.
Over the years I have dealt with many aspects of the industry specialising in both sales and rentals of all types of real estate (including homes, units, land, farms, commercial and industrial) Sydney wide.
As a good communicator with great people skills, a qualified instructor in martial arts of all ages have combined to give me the attributes to a keen and motivated mental attitude, ability to achieve and desire to succeed.
My hobbies generally include being around people, the outdoors (camping, beach etc), home renovations, landscaping, gardening and sports.
