You could say that Wesley Belt was born to work in bayside real estate.

The son of real estate parents, Wes grew up in the bayside area and earned a scholarship to St Bede's College, Mentone. A few years after successfully completing his schooling, Wes decided to follow his parents, real estate footsteps, achieving a full real estate license at just 23 years of age before opening a family business called Village Real Estate at 99 Charman Road, Mentone, which expanded to become a five-office network.

With an impresssive 40+ year heritage in real estate that includes eight years as director of Hodges, and a further four as a specialist real estate and property development consultant, Wes is now considered one of the region's foremost real estate sales experts.

In 2004, Wes returned to where it all started, when he and business partner Mathew Cox acquired Buxton Mentone at 99 Charman Road, Mentone (the original location of Wes' first family business).
