Nicholas has received a string of awards and accolades over his career, including winning the 2023 Century 21 Centurion Award for the 4th time, being recognised as one of the top 2% of Century 21 Sales Agents globally, as well as the 2023 Century 21 Diamond Sales Award and Platinum Sales Award for his large volume of sales, the 2022 Century 21 Gold Hat Award for the best marketing exposure and public relations of any Century 21 office in NSW as well as Waverley Council’s Brightest & Best Business Awards for Most Outstanding Real Estate Agency in 2018 and 2019. His lifelong interest in real estate saw him working for Meriton in the early years before moving to the UK to hone his skills in the fast-paced London market. Following his return to Sydney, Nicholas worked for a high-profile Eastern Suburbs agency before seizing the opportunity to establish and grow his own family-run agency under the global Century 21 banner.
