I have been so lucky to be following my passion for property for over 25 years. I started my career in this very office in 1998 and I am now the Sales Manager of PRD Real Estate. I love working for a brand that has become incredibly well known and loved, leading our dedicated and caring team that continually strives for their client's success. Together we have pioneered a culture prioritising unity, professionalism and a strong work ethic, ensuring everyone is committed to doing the best by their clients, colleagues and the community at large.

Having worked in the local real estate market for as long as I have, people are always asking me, what is happening in this area? How much did this property sell for? What sort of yield can I get if I buy in this area? It’s a great feeling to be able to share my knowledge of the local property market, helping people I know increase their property wealth so they can make better choices before they buy or sell.

I love it when people ask me “What can I do to increase the value of my home” - I think this area is my real specialty. Letting them know cost effective ways to increase their home by $10,000, $20,000 or even $40,000. There is nothing more satisfying then a client’s face after they have received an offer that they never dreamed possible after taking my advice on what to do to increase the value of their home.

I always want to create a positive experience for my clients. For many the thought of selling their home is a daunting process, I like to take the worry away. I have found what most of my clients respect about me is whether good or bad news, I deliver it. When people ask me to sell their home for them my number 1 priority is to show them that they have made the right decision trusting me to be their agent, I don’t stop until I have got the results that I know the owners were looking for. I am on my phone day and night, all weekend, I just can’t stop until I know that I have done everything in my power to get the result.

And do you want to know what I love most? My clients start as my clients and end up being friends. It truly is a great job that I have.
