Melanie is a valued member of the Gateway Residential Property Management Team. Her exceptional knowledge of all aspects of property management is built on over 20 years' of experience.

Conversant in the Residential Tenancies Act (1987), Melanie well understands the need for thoroughness in the selection of tenants and the rental documentation. She is known for the excellent relationships she builds with clients and her efficient, hard working and reliable work ethic.

There is a fine art in knowing how to get the best out of people to ensure excellent results and Melanie happily goes the extra distance to consistently achieve this.

Her life experience as a team manager, business owner and busy mum stands her in good stead as an exponent of how to get the job done without fuss.

Melanie and her young family love the outdoors, are active members of the local Surf Life Saving Club and enjoy many school community events. Melanie manages a busy personal family life with her professional career.
