I have been living in Springvale/Keysborough for more than 25 years,As I grew up locally I am quite familiar with every piece of this lovely suburb. I attended Heatherhill Secondary College before graduating with a degree in Hospitality Management. I found a job as Chief Concierge in 5 star Hotel in Melbourne City and worked there for 15 years.As a staff frontline, customer services were our priority and have to understand of the importance of exceeding customer expectations. As I dealt with all international guests every day I have built myself strong communication skills, excellent in customer services and these skills have led me doing very successful to my sales/marketing role in real estate.

I am very proud of myself to be part of a very good working team that are very supporting each other and I believe in good working atmosphere would give all team members at high spirit at all times.

I am aware that when selling or buying real estate is a biggest decision you may ever made, and also aware that it is your most valuable property, hence my motto is to "Treat every property as if it was my own".
