Mal McPherson is a licenced real estate agent for North Coast Lifestyle Properties and has lived and worked in the Ocean Shores, Mullumbimby, Brunswick Heads and Byron Bay areas for 30 years. Mal appreciates the beautiful beaches and hinterland that is on our doorstop and gains pleasure in introducing clients to our area. Mal has witnessed many changes within the local area such as the upgrade of the Pacific Highway and growth of our beautiful location.
Mal’s background has been one of providing construction materials, mainly ready-mix concrete, whilst working for Pioneer Concrete now Hanson for infrastructure projects and local building construction, these included Byron Hospital, Tyagarah / St Helena highway upgrade, Brunswick Heads by-pass, Byron industrial estate and many homes.
Mal believes that as a licensed real estate agent his aim is to achieve the best possible result for his real estate clients.
