Luke Overs

An integral member of the team since 2012, Luke’s business acumen, strong sales skills and extensive market knowledge are the perfect cornerstones for his role as Business Development Manager. With a proven track record, Luke is a highly driven professional with a great work ethic, superb people skills and a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Serving as testament to his approach, Luke has achieved a number of accolades during his career including Winner of the Business Development Manager of the Year at Belle Property in 2017 and the no1 Business Development Manager in 2016.

After a successful career as a professional basketball player in both the US and locally for the Sydney Kings, Luke pursued his ambition to forge a career in real estate. While studying psychology at UNSW, he secured a property management position for a high profile city-based agency where he honed his skills and developed his interest in real estate. Luke is able to draw on his dual passions of property and psychology while his sporting background and perseverance are testament to his strength of character. The boutique structure of Belle Bondi Junction enables Luke to be very hands on in his role and he is extremely familiar with each and every listing.

A lifelong resident of the eastern suburbs, Luke has a strong understanding of the local market, its people and property. A team player with a focus on customer service, Luke's personable nature and strong work ethic are the perfect attributes for his role managing the burgeoning management division which has grown five-fold since he joined the team.
