Rita Sanderson brings with her over 18 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry where she has chosen to specialise in Property Management. During her illustrious career, she has worked with major franchises in Beerwah, Caloundra, Woombye and Coolum Beach, establishing her as somewhat of an expert within the Sunshine Coast real estate industry. Her experience, knowledge and formal training in the Property Management field coupled with her ability to communicate easily with people, makes her an asset to all her clients whom are consistently delighted by both her customer service and exceptional results.

Rita is conscientious, good natured and businesslike in her approach, making her an outstanding Property Manager. She thrives in the busy environment which property management provides and is more than capable of juggling multiple and often competing priorities while still ensuring her clients receive an exemplary level of customer service.
In her spare time, Rita enjoys watching football and netball and spending time with her three grandchildren. She is also an active member of the local Beerwah Lions Club and participates regularly in local community activities.
